Not ready for Prime Time

I have an active subscription but cannot load my subscription in IOS 8.0. Get error messages. Have sent into support but no response. Crazy. Shows up in Newsstand but keeps wanting me to restart the app to get the downloads. A rip off at this point if I dont get a proper response.
