Problematic app, but good magazine

Dont purchase this through iTunes. Every month it refuses to download the new issue. Ive done all the updates, Ive talked with tech support at both Apple and Bonner (the publisher) and it still continues. Both blame to the other. Im disappointed as it is a good magazine, but they just cant seem to make their technology work.
