Crashes ALL The Time

When you pay money for something, you expect it to work 100% of the time. Well when it comes to this App Id like it to work 50% of the time because right now it doesnt even do that. Boating Magazine crashes or wont show my current or past issues over 50% of the time. It will just close & when I reopen it, the issues (to be read) are gone forcing me to restore them. Ive spent more time doing this than actually reading the magazine. Would rather have the hard copy so at least I could read it. Im guessing these are the same people who designed HealthCare.gov.
