I too have downloaded the DIY guide and cannot get the app to even open now

I cannot download the DIY GUIDE. Please fix the bug and update the app, otherwise I will be forced to protest the charge to my credit card to recover my six bucks.

When you pay money for something, you expect it to work 100% of the time. Well when it comes to this App Id like it to work 50% of the time because right now it doesnt even do that. Boating Magazine crashes or wont show my current or past issues over 50% of the time. It will just close & when I reopen it, the issues (to be read) are gone forcing me to restore them. Ive spent more time doing this than actually reading the magazine. Would rather have the hard copy so at least I could read it. Im guessing these are the same people who designed HealthCare.gov.

Insane that you buy the print edition and you cant read the digital version. Publisher needs to get in touch with readers wishes of the new century.

I have an active subscription but cannot load my subscription in IOS 8.0. Get error messages. Have sent into support but no response. Crazy. Shows up in Newsstand but keeps wanting me to restart the app to get the downloads. A rip off at this point if I dont get a proper response.

Im seeing messages that confirm Boonier is having issues with the iOS 8.0 update. I have several subscriptions through them and their all doing the same thing. I hope they get it fixed or I would imagine they will be giving a lot of refunds!

Agreed. OS 8 appears to have broken my magazine. Please fix this so I can read the new issue.

Bought Oct. issue, but will not download. Have written customer service twice, but no response.

Dont purchase this through iTunes. Every month it refuses to download the new issue. Ive done all the updates, Ive talked with tech support at both Apple and Bonner (the publisher) and it still continues. Both blame to the other. Im disappointed as it is a good magazine, but they just cant seem to make their technology work.
